Topeng Keras Dance
A video of me performing a traditional Balinese masked dance. Keras or Keras Patih represents a general or prime minister. The character is middle aged, a respected figure, wise but quick to anger. This was one of the first performances I had done; about 3 months into arriving in Bali in 2001. Recorded in Bali during a performance for a temple ceremony.
